Who you might get
Every claim is one of these five. You do not choose — the roll happens on-chain after
your payment is already mined, and these are the real odds, taken from the rarity
table in the contract.
Spanish Citizen9 in 10
Earns 10,000 $PESO a day in Ceuta. Leaving is a coin flip: half the time
the Invaders take everything it earned.
Invader 15.2% · 1 in 19Smallest share of the tax. The common Invader.Invader 23.1% · 1 in 32A fifth more than Invader 1, every time a Spaniard pays.Invader 31.6% · 1 in 6440% more than Invader 1 — rank is paid out in proportion.Invader 40.08% · 1 in 1,280
The rarest thing in the game, and the largest cut — 1.6× an Invader 1.
Invaders earn no $PESO of their own. They take 20% of everything the Spanish
collect, split by rank, and each new claim after the first 10,000 can be stolen outright
by a staked Invader. Artwork is stored in the contract itself, not on a server.
How to play
Claim citizens, send them into Ceuta, and collect $PESO. Nine in ten are Spanish and
do the earning. One in ten is a Moroccan Invader, who earns nothing alone but
lives off everyone else.
Spanish · 9 in 10
Earn 10,000 $PESO a day while they stand in Ceuta.
Collecting hands 20% to the Invaders.
They must have two days of uncollected $PESO before they may leave.
Leaving is a coin flip — half the time the Invaders take everything that
citizen earned.
Moroccan Invaders · 1 in 10
Earn nothing directly. They live on the Spanish tax and on robbery.
Ranked Invader 1 to 4. Every tax is split by rank, so an
Invader 4 earns 1.6× what an Invader 1 does — forever.
An Invader 4 turns up about once in 1,280 claims.
Once the first 10,000 are gone they steal 1 in 10 newly claimed citizens
outright, the higher ranks more often.
Where $PESO comes from. There is none at the start — no sale, no premine. The
only way any exists is a Spanish citizen earning it in Ceuta. Once the first 10,000
citizens are claimed with ETH, every later one is paid for by burning $PESO,
which destroys it rather than paying anyone. So the supply is whatever the Spanish
have earned, minus whatever has been spent claiming more.

Past the first 10,000 the contract refuses ETH outright — $PESO is the only
way in, and it is destroyed rather than paid to anyone.
An Invader only steals while it is in Ceuta. Sitting in your wallet it earns
nothing and steals nothing — the thief is drawn from the staked pack, weighted by
rank, so an Invader 4 is picked 1.6× as often as an Invader 1 and collects 1.6× the
tax. Theft also only applies to citizens claimed after the first 10,000, so nobody can
be robbed during the ETH mint.
Why claiming takes two steps
Every random outcome in this game — which citizens you get, their Invader rank, and
whether the pack robs you on the way out — is decided after you pay, by a
block that did not exist yet when you did.
1
You pay
Your ETH is taken and your token numbers are reserved. Nothing is rolled yet, so
there is nothing to peek at.
2
A future block decides
About 24 seconds later a block is produced that nobody could predict. Its
hash is the seed for your roll.
3
Anyone settles it
A keeper bot normally sends this for everyone, so you usually sign once.
If none is around, this page asks you to sign it yourself.
Why bother? Games like this usually roll traits in the very transaction that
takes your money. That lets someone wrap the call in a contract and cancel it whenever
the result is bad — claiming only the rare ones, and leaving everybody else the
leftovers. Splitting it in two removes the trick outright: by the time any trait
exists, the payment is already mined and cannot be undone. Not by you, not by anyone.
